Becoming
Your Own Muse
a gentle way back to the woman underneath the roles you play
Inside this guide
A keepsake for the woman you keep putting off,
a story about the Wild Woman within
a five minute mirror ritual
journal prompts for the page, not the feed
an invitation to photograph yourself, gently
before you scroll further
There is a woman underneath your calendar. She hums when no one is listening. She still knows exactly how she wants to be looked at, touched, seen. Somewhere along the way, most of us put her in a drawer we labelled "later."
This guide is my invitation to open that drawer. It isn't a checklist, and it isn't a sales page dressed up as one. It's eight quiet pages, written slowly, meant to be read the same way: with a cup of something warm, twenty minutes, and nowhere urgent to be.
You'll walk through three doors back to yourself.
You'll try a small ritual in front of your own mirror.
And, if you're ready, you'll take one photograph of yourself that isn't for anyone else's eyes.
a note, if you've ever stood in front of my camera
"If you've been photographed by me, or you hope to be one day, know this: being my muse has always meant being your own first. One of my quiet gifts is helping a woman fall so in love with who she is, she never lets that woman go again. This guide is where that starts, long before any camera is involved."
